Josh and I had a great 4th of July! We went to a BBQ at our friends Rusty and Kelly's house in the afternoon and had a great time hanging out with them. Then went to SHAPE (the international base) for the 4th of July celebration. It was small, but had a few rides, food, music, and fireworks. The fireworks display was surprisingly good! We figured it would be small, but it lasted for a while and they had pretty great fireworks. Most of the rides there were for children, so naturally Josh and I decided to ride some. HAHA
Not being in the states to celebrate our Independence Day was difficult. Watching the fireworks reminded us of home and of our families and friends. We are so grateful for our freedoms and truly blessed to be American's. Thank you to all who serve to protect our freedoms and remember how incredibly blessed we are!
