Our Big Boy!

It's official...we no longer have a baby, he's a big boy now! Yesterday as we were preparing for our move we took Deacon's toddler bed out of the attic. When he saw the mattress lying on the floor he began to climb all over it and asked for a pillow. Josh said "maybe we should set up his bed and see how he does." We considered doing this before our move to prepare him for sleeping in actual beds and not a crib, but thought he wasn't quite ready. Apparently he is. After 25 minutes of persuading he spent his first night in his new big boy bed, sleeping the whole night. Today for his nap he did the same and as I write this now, he's sleeping peacefully. Praise God this has been a smooth transition!
